Our usual turnaround time is 5 business days. This can rarely be affected by stock delays, if this is the case we will let you know as soon as possible.

Can i change components in your builds?

Absolutely you can, either call or email us to discuss the changes you would like to make.

Where do you get your components from, what brands do you use?

Our parts are sourced from the same wholesalers the big retailers use. Synnex, Ingram Micro, Leader Systems. These are Australian retail products.

We only use big brand products eg MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, Asrock, Corsair, Antec, Inno, Kingston, Seagate.

Can you overclock my system prior to delivery?

In most instances, overclocking your CPU will void your warranty. As such this is not something we offer.

Ram can be overclocked without issue and this is something we do prior to delivery.
